Made with whole milk and lots of butter. Made with whole milk and lots of butter.

    8 medium russet potatoes
    8 tbsp salted butter
    1 cup whole milk


Peal, wash and dice the potatoes. Place in large pan with water bring to a full boil and boil for approximately 30 minutes until potatoes are tender and fall off the fork. Drain in colander and return potatoes to the pot. Mash with 8 tbsp of butter and half a cup of milk until smooth. Add the rest of the milk a little at a time until they are smooth and creamy.

Yields approximately 8 one cup servings.
