    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Red Peppers 0.5 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers, 1 cup, chopped
    Sea Salt, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp
    Basil, 1 leaves
    Beans, black, 1.5 cup
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels
    Black Olives, sliced, 1/3 Cup
    Parsley, .25 cup

    Makes 6 servings of 1 cup each.


Brown meat in large skillet. Break into small pieces. Add onions, green peppers and red peppers. Cook until vegitables are tender-crisp. Gently stir in sea salt, chili powder, basil, garlic, beans and corn. Simmer for 5010 minutes. Stir in some or all of the reserved bean liquid if you want to increase moistness. Gently stir in the olives and parsley. Heat through and serve.
