    822 grams of easy pumpkin pie mix
    2 eggs
    2/3 cup of non fat evaprated milk


Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl mix pumpkin, eggs and milk.
Stir until blended.
Spray a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray.
Pour pie mixture in pie pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 50 -60 minutes or until center is set.
Remove from oven and let cool for at least 2 hours.
