Ingredients

    2 tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    1 medium onion, peeled and diced
    1 lb. diced, cooked chicken
    1 (14 1/2-ounce) cans green beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (4-ounce) jar pimentos
    1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    1 cups raw brown rice (yields 3 cups cooked)
    1 cup grated sharp Kraft 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Cook rice (simmer for 40-50 mins.)
As rice is cooking, brown chicken and onion. Cook until chicken is done.
Once everything is done, mix all ingredients together and place in a 3-quart greased casserole dish
Bake 20-25 mins at 350, until ingredients are bubbly
Let stand a few minutes before serving
