    Tortilla shells, Chicken, zucchini, onion, green bell pepper, mushrooms. You can get more than 8 servings out of this.


Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and cook in pan with 1/4 cup margarine. Add in sliced zucchini, mushrooms and diced onion and green pepper. Cover and cook until veggies are soft and mushy. Put spoonful on tortilla and top with 2 tblsp shredded cheddar.
