    3/4 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c splenda
    6 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 c canned pure pumpkin
    1/4 c FF liquid egg substitute
    2.5 tbsp mini semi sweet chocolate chips
    2 tbsp brown sugar not packed
    3/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1.4 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In mixing bowl, combine flour, splenda, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. In separate mixing bowl, mix together applesauce, pumpkin, egg substitute and vanilla extract. Add two mixtures together stirring well. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into 8 evenly spaced circles. Bake about 11 minutes, oven times vary. Remove pan from oven and allow cookies to cool slightly. If not eaten same day, freeze until ready to eat.
