Ingredients

    1 Lb. ground beef(lean)
    1 10 oz. can tomatoes with green chilis
    2 cups shredded cabbage
    1 small zucchini (diced)
    1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
    2 small red potatoes(diced)
    1 bag mixed vegatables
    1/2 cup raw barley
    4 14oz. cans of broth (2 beef and 2 vegatabe broth)
    2 tsp. chopped garlic


Directions

Brown ground beef in a large pot. Drain fat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for abot 45 minutes until barley is cooked. Makes about 12 -1 cup servings
