    Pork Tenderloin, 24 oz
    Milk, 1%, .5 cup
    *Flour, white, .13 cup
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Butter 1 tbsp


cut tenderloins in 3-oz size pieces. Season them with salt and pepper.
Saute in the olive oil until brown on both sides. Take from heat.
Add butter and flour to pan to make a roux. Add milk and let it thicken a litttle. Put tenderloin pieces back in the pan and let them cook throughly. Correct seasoning.

  • Very good, I made a few adjustments, of course I added garlic, garlic gets added to everything, and I also added some white wine it gave it a little more flavor - 10/15/10
