Introduction

Lots of good stuff in these, but to make them healthier I am going to try not adding in sugar. Putting dried fruit instead of chocolate chips and cutting the almonds in half. Ingredients

    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. honey
    1 c. chocolate chips/peanut butter chips
    1 1/2 c. all-bran wheat flakes
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1/2 c. sliced almonds

Directions

Butter or spray 9x9. Melt sugar, butter and honey together. Boil over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in wheat flakes, oats and almonds. Let cool a little bit and add chocolate. Press mixture into pan and let cool completely.
