    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Garlic powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *Onion powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese, 4 oz (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    * egg white, fresh, 8 large (remove)


Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat pan.

Mix egg whites, milk, and spices in a bowl. Chop pepeprs and slice mushrooms. Scramble eggs. When almost done, add chopped veggies. Mix and heat. Add cheese and then scramble until finished.

NOTE: For less fat, use reduced fat cheddar cheese or take the cheese out all together.
