i just threw this together this morning and it was delicous, so I thought I would share it. i just threw this together this morning and it was delicous, so I thought I would share it.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    5 large Egg, fresh, or could use Egg Beaters
    ½ cup Milk, nonfat,
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash of Pepper, black,
    ½ cup sliced Green Peppers
    ½ cup sliced Red Peppers
    1 cup, chopped Onions
    1 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
    ½ cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    6 medium slices, cooked Bacon
    ½ cup shredded cheese

Directions

Spray pan with Pam, then add Onion, Red & Green Peppers, Tomatoes & Broccoli. While that is cooking mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper, then add into cooked vegetables & then add cooked bacon. Cook until eggs are done, then top it with the cheese. Makes about 3 servings
