    1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    1 cup cooked and drained wild rice
    1/2 cup plain (low fat) yogurt
    Nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)


Mix the wild rice and the blueberries and put into 2 cereal bowls. Spoon the yogurt on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
