    3 chicken breast, sliced thinly in half
    1 cup tomato sauce
    2 oz part-skim mozzerella cheese
    1 egg and 1 egg white
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese


Prepare your chicken breast by removing visible fat. Dip each breast in the egg mixture, then coat the chicken with the bread crumbs. Place in a glass casserole dish that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake covered for 20 mins at 350.
After 20 mins, remove from the oven. Cover chicken with tomato sauce and mozzerella cheese. Bake an additional 20 mins, uncovered.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and itialian seasonings before enjoying.
