Ingredients

2 links Amylu Apple & Gouda Chicken Sausage (110 calories each)
2/3 cup Couscous
2 cups water
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
2 Tbsp sage
1/4 dried cherries, chopped
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
Begin cooking couscous and water by bringing water to a boil and then adding couscous, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. I use whole wheat which has slightly less calories that regular.
While couscous is cooking prepare all raw ingredients and ingredientsIn one pan brown sausage and in seperate pan saute onions and celery until transparent. Add sage, cherries and pecans. Combine the saute misture with cooked couscous for a "mock stuffing" and serve with browned chicken sausage.
