This simple dip is something I came up with about a month ago and I can't get enough of it now. This simple dip is something I came up with about a month ago and I can't get enough of it now.

Ingredients

    Beans, black 2 15 oz cans
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (optional)

Directions

This requires a food processor for everything:
Chop garlic and onions first. Next place beans (reserve liquid) in processor and chop up. Add olive oil (if desired). add remaining liquid until desired consistency. If still very thick, you can add more oil.
