    2 lbs. Ground Chuck
    1 lg. can Tomato Juice
    1 can Diced Tomatoes
    1 can Light Red Kidney Beans
    8 oz. Whole Wheat Pasta (uncooked)


Start by browning 2 pounds of Ground Chuck in a large pot. Next, add in 1 large can of Tomato Juice, 1 can of Light Red Kidney Beans and 1 can of Diced Tomatoes. Bring this to a boil then add in 8 ounces of uncooked Whole Wheat Spagetti Pasta and simmer for 20 minutes.
