    Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 32 oz
    4 Egg white
    2 tbsp Fennel seed
    1/2 Lemon Juice
    1 tsp Salt


Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingreients.
Measure 2 oz of meat and place in muffin pan.
Bake for 20-30minutes or until center is white.
Should make about 16 muffins.
