In a casarole dish, take 1/2 tblspoon of butter and brush on dish, take 1/2 tablespoon of garlic and spread around, then take paprika and shake a few times . Place the tilapia on top and do the same thing, butter, garlic, paprika. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until flakey. Tastes delicious. Serve with steamed veggies and baked potato for a restaurant quality meal.
