Ingredients

    5 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
    3 Cups fresh, sliced peaches
    3/4 cup splenda
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    TOPPING:
    .66 cup all-purpose flour
    .66 cup old fashioned oats
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup splenda
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
    2 tablespoons smart balance light
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Spray 9 by 13 pan with cooking spray.

Slice peaches, rinse blackberries, drain. Mix fruit with 1st four ingredients. Can sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Spread into pan.

For topping, mix dry ingredients in medium bowl.

Melt margarine. In small bowl, mix wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just moistioned. Drop by spoonfulls over fruit mixture. Bake 400 for 30 minutes or until nicely browned on top and bubbly.

Can serve with light whipped topping or ice cream if desired.
