Ingredients

    .5 cup each of black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans and chick peas
    .25 cup chopped sweet onion
    2 tblsp fresh chopped parsley
    2 tblsp freshly sqeezed lemon juice (or to taste)
    1 tsp freshly ground pepper

Directions

Mix beans, onion, parsley and pepper in a bowl
top with lemon juice and enjoy
