Ingredients

    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Haddock (fish), 24 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2

Directions

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Add fish and shake to coat (if using fillets, cut into serving sizes first). In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender, remove and set aside. Add fish to skillet cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove fish to a serving plate and keep warm. Add sour cream, basil and onion to the skillet, heat through (do not boil). Serve over fish. Garnish with parsley. Yield: 6 servings.

    Very Good
    The recipe calls for 1/5 cup of flour not 1 cup and no margarin at all. Someone hit the wrong keys when entering. The recipe is great as it was written. - 8/23/11
