    1 lb chicken breast, no skin
    1 1/2 green bell peppers, chopped
    2 red bell peppers, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
    1/2 c. Light Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing


Cook chicken in skillet with teriyaki sauce and dressing.

Add Onion and garlic, stir for a couple of minutes.

Add the rest of the peppers and cook until veggies are tender.

serve with brown rice.
