    1/2 cup chick peas (drained)
    1 large red pepper (chopped)
    1/2 cup onions (chopped)
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 - 2 tbsp. garlic powder
    1 - 2 tbsp. parsley
    (other spices if you want)


Roast the red peppers in a pan with the olive oil and a little bit of garlic powder
Chop up the vegetables.
Mix the chickpeas, onions and red pepper into the roasted red pepper (reduce heat)
Sprinkle in more garlic powder, parsley and other seasonings you may want
