    2 lbs ground beef
    1 cup tomato soup
    2 slices of red. cal. bread
    1.5 cup french fried onions
    0.5 cup egg beater
    1.5 cup lowfat cheese
    2tbsp oregano
    3 tbs garlic powder
    2 tbs parsley
    0.5 cup ketchup


Preheat oven to 375.mix all ingredients except for the ketchup and the cheese. Spray baking dish with pam. Form Loaf with meat mixture. bake for 60min. Take loaf out add ketchup and cheese and bake an additional 10-15 min or until cheese is melted.
