    4 peppers - red, yellow, orange and green
    1 tomato
    3 cloves garlic
    2 small apples
    1 zucchini squash
    1 summer squash
    4 cups scallops, frozen
    3 TBS soy sauce
    1 Cup sliced celery
    2 TBS Olive Oil
    Powdered Ginger
    Onion Powder
    Old Bay Seasoning


Chop and slice all vegetables and fruit. Add olive oil to a large pan. Heat oil and add garlic and apples. Saute for a few minutes then add celery, peppers and squash. Saute for a few minutes more. Add scallops and cover pan with a tight fitting lid. Add a little water or broth if you don't see some accumulation of water in the pan. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste then add tomatos and let simmer for another 7 minutes. Add soy and serve.
