    28 oz can Diced Tomatoes
    16 oz frozen shelled Edamame
    20 oz can black beans drained
    6 cloves garlic minced
    1 tbs chipotle chili powder
    1 tbs cumin


heat all ingredients in a skillet until warmed through. For best flavor simmer on low for 1 hour.
