These are to die for and will go quickly at any gathering. These are to die for and will go quickly at any gathering.
Number of Servings: 12


    12 Campari tomatoes
    12 slices pepperroni
    1/2 cup feta cheese
    1 Tsbp olive oil
    2 Tsbp balsalmic vinagrette
    2 tsp oregano


Cut the tops off of you tomatoes and set them aside.
Use a mellon baller to take out the meat of the tomato
Chop the pepperoni into very small pieces
Take the tops of the tomatoes and chop the usable portions into very small pieces
Place the Pepperroni, chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp of oregano, and feta cheese into a bowl and mix together.
Use a spoon to place this mixture into each of the tomatoes.Place in a small ckae pan.
Mix the olive oil, the balsalmic vinagrette, and the remaining oregano into a bowl and drizzle over the tomatoes.
Cover with plastic wrap
Chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
