Ingredients

    3/4 C. All Purpose Flour, white
    3/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour
    3-1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Sugar
    1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
    1/4 C. Egg Beaters
    1 Very ripe banana
    1-1/2 C. Milk 1%

Directions

Sift together flours, baking powder, sugar, and salt in large bowl. Melt butter in small dish, set aside. Mash very ripe banana in a bowl then mix in milk and egg substitute. Pour banana mixture and melted butter over flour mixture and stir until batter forms. Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto very lightly greased non-stick griddle over med-low heat. Cook until little bubbles start forming and popping on surface of pancake then flip and cook till pancake is desired golden color. Enjoy!
