    3 cups of baby spinach
    1 tsp of garlic
    1 cup of cooked short cut pasta like elbows
    1/4 cup chicken stock
    3 pieces of sun dried tomato
    2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese


place spinach, chicken stock, and garlic in a pan with a lid. cook for 5 mins or so stirring frequently until spinach starts to wilt. meanwhile boil pasta. combine cooked spinach with cooked pasta and top with remaining ingredients.
