Number of Servings: 8


    1 lb ground turkey (can use the sausage kind)
    1 can pinto beans (or kidney beans)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 jar marinara sauce
    1 box elbow noodles
    1 cup chopped onions
    whatever other vegetables you want to add


1.) In a pot, boil water and add noodles
2.) In a large pot add ground turkey & onions. (You can also add green peppers, mushrooms, or other veggies)
3.) Stir the turkey mixture until the meat is completely brown
4.) Add can of beans and diced tomatoes to the turkey mixture.
5.) Once the noodles are soft, drain them and add them to the large pot with the rest of the ingredients.
6.) Pour the marinara sauce over the mixture and stir.

Once everything is heated through you can eat it!

7.) If you aren't ready to eat yet, add 1 to 2 cups water and let it simmer, stirring often.

Makes a LARGE pot of food. My husband and I can eat off for days.
