Ingredients

    2 slices bread (Ezekiel bread, rye, or any hearty whole- grain bread)
    2 Tbsp natural nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
    4 or 5 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Directions

1 sandwich
1. Toast two slices of your selected bread. Spread the toasted bread with nut butter.
2. Place sliced strawberries on top of nut butter so the nut butter is completely covered with berries.
3. Place the second piece of toast on top of the first.
Cut & serve
