    1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
    1 can vegetarian refried beans
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can enchilida sauce
    8 large flour tortilla shells
    8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
    8 oz shredded mozerella cheese


Brown ground beef and then rinse off fat under hot water. Add refried beans and keep warm. Cut shells into quarters. Mix soup and sauce together. Spread small amount on bottom of 13 by 9 inch pan. Layer with shells use angles in corner of pan. Put 1/2 of meat on shells, 1/2 of remaining sauce, and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 15
