Ingredients

    1 cup sweet potato, cubed
    1 cup carrots, sliced
    1-1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 can Campbell's 98 % Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 can cut green beans (15 oz)
    1 Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheet

Directions

Makes 6 servings
Preheat oven to 400 degress fahrenheit.

1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces; spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and cook chicken until no longer pink.
2. Place cubed sweet potato and sliced carrots in a pot and cover with water. Parboil approximately 10 minutes.
3. Combine all ingredients except puff pastry.
4. Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour mixture into pie pan.
5. Use one puff pastry shell to cover mixture in pie pan.
6. Bake in 400 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes. Pastry should be golden brown and mixture should be bubbly.
