Number of Servings: 10


    2 cups Chopped Onions
    2 cups Chopped Green Peppers
    8 cloves Fresh Garlic (or 4 tsps minced)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 package Ground Turkey, browned
    1 can diced tomatos (24 ounces)
    3 cans tomato sauce
    2 cans red kidney beans
    1 can black beans
    6 tbsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp - cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp - cloves, ground
    Black Pepper - to taste
    Salt - to taste


Brown the turkey and set aside.

Heat olive oil in large pot. Add onions, green peppers and garlic. Sautee until onions are brown. Add browned turkey, tomatos, 2 cans of tomato sauce, chili powder, cloves, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Allow to simmer (for as long as you want or can wait - I simmer for 2 hours).

Add kidney beans, black beans and final can of tomato sauce. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes.

Enjoy! Goes great with a little bit of sour cream, some shredded chedder cheese and a hand full of oyster crackers.
