Number of Servings: 4


    1 16 oz. can of diced tomatoes with seasonings

    1/4 cup diced green pepper

    1/4 cup diced onion

    1 clove crushed garlic

    1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

    1 can of tuna drained

    1/2 lb. of pasta cooked


1-- Cook pasta and drain

2-- In a skillet add tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, seasoning and cook for 5 minutes on medium.

3-- Add tuna and warm through

4-- Toss tomato mixture and pasta


This is great with seafood, chicken, and lean meats added in place of the tuna although the nutrition information will be affected.
