    4 oz. whole-wheat penne pasta
    1 Tbs. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3 Tbs. Butter Buds, divided
    3 Tbs chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 lemon
    3 Tbs. reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbs parsley


Prepare penne pasta according to package directions.

While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until it's almost pink (3/4 done), about 2 min.

Add 1 Tbs of Butter Buds and chicken broth to shrimp; saute about 2 more mins.

Place cooked pasta in large mixing bowl and combine it with remainder of Butter Buds, black ppeper and mix.

Add cooked shrimp and gently mix. Squeeze lemon juice on top and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
