Ingredients

    .5 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
    .5 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
    .5 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
    2 packets stevia
    2 T nonfat yogurt

Directions

stir ingredients in heavy pot over low heat for 15 - 20 minutes until melted and soft. I smash with a potato masher to break up chunks. Keep stirring so it doesn't burn and cook until excess moisture has evaporated. You are left with a thickened fruit compote that is great on pancakes, waffles or even ice cream.
