    1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
    1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 cup beef broth
    1 6 oz. can mushrooms
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 cups whole wheat egg noodles


Brown ground beef and add onions - cook until translucent. Add canned mushrooms, can of soup, beef broth, and egg noodles. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add sour cream, mix well, and serve.

    Tried this recipe, family really liked it. I think the number of servings should be at least 6! - 3/2/09
