    6 whole chicken breasts
    2 T butter
    1 large onion
    1 T Paprika
    8 small carrots
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream


Brown chicken in 2T butter with lid-until golden brown. Saute 1/4 cut onion with paprika until light brown. Cut carrots into 11/2" pieces and add to onions-saute 2 minutes. Stir in chicken broth. Put chicken back into pan and heat to boiling-reduce heat and simmer, covered 45 minutes. Remove chicken and veggies. Add 1/3c flour to 1/2c liquid and stir into broth to thicken. Add sour cream and turn off heat. Add chicken and veggies back to pan and stir. Serve over spaetzles.
