    1 lb grd chuck,beef,or turkey
    1 small onion
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 8oz can tomatoe sauce
    1 6oz can tomato paste
    1/2 cup of frozen corn


break up grd meat into a skillet add onion chopped and green pepper chopped. and cook until veggies are tender then sauce and paste along with one can of water for the paste. then add corn and cook until corn is tender. serve over rice or potatoes. makes 12 1/2 cup servings
