    * Millet, .5 cup (remove)
    * Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch, 8 tbsp (remove)
    * GF Sweet White Sorghum Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * Buckwheat, .5 cup (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Xantham Gum, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, .33 cup (remove)
    * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    * Apples, fresh, 130 grams (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 2.5 tsp packed (remove)
    * Agave Nectar Stick, 3 stick (remove)
    * Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)


dice apples into tiny pieces and cook in coconut oil with brown sugar until soft. Mix flours, baking powder, and xantham gum. Boil 4 tbsp of water and mix flax seed with it to make a thick paste. Add this paste, and wet ingredients, and 1-2 cups of water to make a muffin batter. Bake muffins at 400F for 30-45min. Made 14 regular sized cupcakes or 28 minis.
