Introduction

Chicken Breast coverd w/pablano (or anahiem) chili pepper, sour cream and cheese Chicken Breast coverd w/pablano (or anahiem) chili pepper, sour cream and cheese
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz Chicken Breast (No ribs, no skin)
    2 Roasted Green Peppers (Pablano or Anaheim)
    1/4 cup Mex Mix Shredded Cheese
    2 tbsp sour cream
    Cumin
    Chili Powder
    Onion Pwder
    Garlic Salt/Powder

Directions

Preheat over to 350.
Clean & dry 4 (3oz) chicken breasts,
Add Spices to taste and marinate for
at least 30 min.
Spread sour cream on each breast
Cover with 1/2 pepper each
(i roast my own peppers which adds time)
Bake for aprox 25 min, turn oven off
Top each breast with cheese and let set in oven about 5 min.
Makes 4 serving
(Great over Ronzoni Healthy Harvest
Wide Wheat noodles. I use more cumin and chili powder to spice the noodles {not included in nutrition info for this recipe})
