    2 lb frozen corn
    4 oz (1/2 bar) light cream cheese
    4 oz can green chiles, undrained
    salt and pepper to taste


Cook corn according to package directions. Drain. Stir in light cream cheese and green chiles. Heat until cheese is melted. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes approx. 7 one-cup servings.
