Ingredients

    9 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
    1 stick butter, melted

    Can of artichoke hearts
    package of neufchatel cheese
    scallions
    chives
    garlic clove
    1 egg
    3 oz. muenster cheese or similar
    1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions

Process all ingredients except for butter and phyllo.

Lay out three sheets of phyllo, brushing with butter between each sheet and on top. Slice lengthwise to make two long strips. At end closest to you, put one spoonful of filling and spread into strip. Roll dough 1 and a half times around the filling and the cut to form a "stick". Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or room temp.
