Naturally sweet, very filling fruit and yogurt smoothie. Naturally sweet, very filling fruit and yogurt smoothie.
Number of Servings: 2


    1 cup Skim Milk
    1 fruit yogurt (100 grams)
    1 small banana
    1 cup frozen unsweetened mixed fruit (peaches, pineapple, red seedless grapes, strawberries, honey dew melon)


1. Pour milk into blender, add yogurt, banana (cut up) and frozen fruit.

2. Blend until smooth. Makes about 4 cups or 2 16oz glass servings.

I find this drink very filling and use it as a breakfast or lunch meal quite often. Add a spoonful of lite cool whip to the top for an extra treat! ( calories for that not included in recipe )
