    1 package Shake n Bake

    Creamy Lemon Dip

    1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
    2 tbsp mayo
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 lemon juice
    1tbsp vinegar
    2 tbsp lemon peel

Directions

Coat fresh or frozen shrimp with Shake N Bake mix.

BAKE at 400°F for 10 to 12 min.

Serve with creamy lemon dressing on the side for dipping!
