Introduction

Even people who don't like spinach love this pizza! It's tasty and good for you! Even people who don't like spinach love this pizza! It's tasty and good for you!

Ingredients

    1 Piece Whole Wheat Pita Bread
    1 Cup Finely Chopped Spinach
    1 Tsp Olive Oil
    1 Finely Diced Garlic Clove
    7 Slices Turkey Pepperoni
    3/4 oz Canadian Bacon
    1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 450

1. Place pita bread on cookie or pizza pan
2. Spread spinach over the pita (it will kinda pile up and it looks like a lot, but will shrink during cooking)
3. Drizzle olive oil over the spinach
4. Sprinkle garlic, Canadian bacon, and pepperoni on the spinach
5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over everything
6. Bake for approximately 12 min. or until pita is crisp and spinach is wilted
