    3/4 c. Smart Balance 50/50 blend butter
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. white flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. oatmeal
    1 c. dried cranberries


1. Heat over to 350 degrees.

2. Beat together butter, sugar and brown sugar.

3. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon.

5. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture and mix well.

6. Stir in oatmeal and dried cranberries; mixing well.

7. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

8. Bake 10-12 min. or until cookies are golden brown.

Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
