    3/4 lb of sirloin cut into bite size pieces or strips, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 c broccoli cut up, 1 medium onion cut up, 1 can of cream of broccoli soup, 1/4 c water, 1 tbsp of soy sauce.


In skillet add oil, beef and garlic brown beef. Add broccoli and onion cooking for 5 minutes stirring often, stir i soup, soy and water. Heat to a boil then lower heat to low and simmer covered. Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Serve over noodles or for a different texture use chow mein noodles.
