    Eggs, fresh, 2
    Butter, salted, 1 stick
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Fat Free Skim Milk, 1 cup
    Flour, white, 2.25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Butter, salted, 1 stick
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
    Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp


Mix in large bowl: 1 stick melted butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup skim milk
Add in: 2 1/4 cups of flour, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. vanilla extract.
Pour into greased cookie sheet.

Topping: mix 3/4 cup sugar with 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon and spread evenly over the batter.

Drizzle over the topping - 1 stock melted butter.

Bake at 375 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
